1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition with all original tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required for all returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Contact us at support@klothio.com (or your business email).
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will guide you with the return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping & Charges
- We offer free return pickup for serviceable pin codes within India.
- For non-serviceable areas, return shipping charges may apply (deducted from refund).
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (credit/debit, bank transfer, UPI, or wallet).
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges for size or style are available if the item is in original condition.
- We will ship the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Items Not Eligible for Refund/Return
- Products that are damaged by the customer after receipt, washed, or worn.
- Items bought on clearance or final sale (if specified at checkout).
- Custom-made or personalized items unless defective.
