REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Klothio! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at support@klothio.com (or your business email).
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will guide you with the return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping & Charges

  • We offer free return pickup for serviceable pin codes within India.
  • For non-serviceable areas, return shipping charges may apply (deducted from refund).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (credit/debit, bank transfer, UPI, or wallet).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or style are available if the item is in original condition.
  • We will ship the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Items Not Eligible for Refund/Return

  • Products that are damaged by the customer after receipt, washed, or worn.
  • Items bought on clearance or final sale (if specified at checkout).
  • Custom-made or personalized items unless defective.
