RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Order invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Items bought during sale / clearance offers.
  • Innerwear or customized products (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@klothio.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.

Return Approval

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about approval.
  • Approved returns will be processed as refund or exchange, as per policy.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
