Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Order invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Items bought during sale / clearance offers.
- Innerwear or customized products (if applicable).
Return Process
- Contact us at support@klothio.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.
Return Approval
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about approval.
- Approved returns will be processed as refund or exchange, as per policy.
Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
